Here's to a new and healthier me!

Summer break is almost here and I want to get 'me' back. I want to be at peace again and not worry about this and that. This semester has gone smoother than others because my classes have been pretty easy except my Number Theory class but I purely blame that on Brian Dietel my professor.

So new and exciting things have been the introduction of Mr. Birdie into my family. He spoke his first words today and yesterday. "Hello Birdie," he said. It was very exciting and Nate was here for it today so now he believes me.

So my eating has been off kilter that is for sure, but my goal was to not diet at all this year or next. I need to find the path that defines me as an individual so I have been having a hard time determining what is me and no one else.

Monday-Friday 


Coffee and Almond Milk or Pre-workout


Cardio and Lift

Breakfast
Greek Plain Yogurt with1/4 scoop protein or Aminos
1/2 cup oats with1/4 scoop protein or Aminos
1 whole egg

Lunch
3/4 cup cooked brown rice with olive oil
1/2 cup egg whites
1 whole egg
1-2 cups stir fried vegetables

Snack
3/4 cup cooked brown rice with olive oil
3 oz lean meat
Sauce

Dinner
4-6 oz o lean meat
2-3 cups vegetables with olive oil


Treat
3-6 oz baked egg whites
